We had a really great time in this economical hotel in London. We had a clean room with 3 beds, enjoyed it. The location was magnificent, not too far from London Canal Museum. The property was placed 9 miles away from the airport.

Good choice for 3 nights. Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. Handy location not too far from The Place. Enjoyed great area.

Location is convenient to King's Cross Railway Station, and there are some good pubs nearby. It's only a 10 minute walk to the British Museum. Room was small but clean. Pretty flowers in window box. Bed was comfortable.
Very noisy street outside at night. The loud traffic kept me awake. The hotel is narrow -- narrow stairs and narrow access to the breakfast room so not the best choice for a big person.

Reception staff are friendly, hotel is located 10 minutes from Central Station and Metro.
The rooms are small, breakfast is cold.

The room, bedding and towels were clean and fresh and the staff were polite.
The hotel clearly has not had any maintenance in the last 40 years. The fixtures, fittings and carpets were straight out of the 70'S. ok it you're back packing on a budget, but then it wasn't exactly budget priced. The big-name budget hotels are all nearby and offer a much more pleasant experience for the same ££.

fitness suite, garden area, proximity to King's Cross
Noise from traffic bothersome throughout the night!!! Thin walls between rooms make sounds from neighbors intrusive!!! Consider upgrading windows and room decor for a fresher vibe!!!

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine; not a full English breakfast but a more-than-generous continental breakfast. I would have liked fresh fruit as an option.
No hot water the morning of our departure.

Couple seeking something decent
Staff were so friendly, bending over backwards to get us a room on the top floor when we asked for it. The little garden is such a nice touch, felt great to sit outside after a long day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.
